This Website Privacy Policy describes how Chrysalis Consulting Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, Inc., and their affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Chrysalis,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through our website located at https://www.carescrisisline.com/ and any related web pages (collectively, the “Website” or “Site”).
This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. This policy does not apply to information collected through our services, offline communications, or other interactions with the Company. If you are a Chrysalis client (and not someone visiting the Site for information purposes), then you may also provide us with Protected Health Information. Chrysalis implements commercially reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security measures designed to protect Personal Information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmitted over the internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Data Retention.
