    This Website Privacy Policy describes how Chrysalis Consulting Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, Inc., and their affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Chrysalis,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through our website located at https://www.carescrisisline.com/ and any related web pages (collectively, the “Website” or “Site”).

If you are a Chrysalis client (and not someone visiting the Site for information purposes), then you may also provide us with Protected Health Information.
