Our business office is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
When should I call the non-crisis / business line at CARES?
You should call the non-crisis, or business line at CARES when you need to:
- File a complaint
- Verify eligibility
- Confirm an RIN number
- Request a SASS extension
- Update contact information for a provider in the CARES system

Designated mobile crisis response providers, their service areas and contact information are posted on Illinois’ Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) website.
